Information we collect
Information you provide directly
When you use the AI Diagnostic on our site, you may share information about your company, your stage, your team, and your current go-to-market motion. This information is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate a diagnostic recommendation. We do not store diagnostic conversations on our servers.
When you contact us by email or book a call through Calendly, you provide your name, email address, and any information you choose to share about your company or needs.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our analytics tools may collect:
- Pages visited and time spent on each page
- Approximate location based on IP address (typically country and region only, with IP anonymization enabled)
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Referring website (how you arrived at our site)
- Anonymized session identifiers
This information is collected by Google Analytics from the moment you arrive at the site. We use it to understand traffic patterns and improve the site. You can opt out at any time by clicking "Opt out" on the cookie notice or by clicking "Reset cookie preferences" at the bottom of this page. Once opted out, no further analytics data is collected from your device.
How we use information
We use information collected through this site to:

Third-party services
The following third parties may receive data when you interact with our site:
- Anthropic: processes AI Diagnostic conversations through the Claude API. Anthropic's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare: hosts and serves this site. Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics: provides anonymized site usage data when you accept analytics cookies. Google's privacy policy.
- Calendly: handles call scheduling when you book a meeting. Calendly's privacy policy.
- Fontshare: serves the typefaces used on this site. Fontshare's privacy policy.
Data retention
Diagnostic conversations are not stored on our servers. They exist only in your browser session and are processed in real-time by Anthropic's API. Once you close the browser tab, the conversation is gone from our side.
Email communications and call recordings are retained for as long as our business relationship is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for tax and legal compliance.
Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (typically 14 months) unless you request earlier deletion.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to access: request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Right to deletion: request that we delete your information
- Right to correction: request that we correct inaccurate information
- Right to opt out: decline analytics tracking, marketing communications, or data sharing
- Right to portability: receive your information in a portable format

California residents (CCPA)
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Our legal basis for processing is your consent (for analytics cookies) or our legitimate interest in providing and improving our services (for essential operations).
